At Toronto Birth Doula, we like to support families inclusive of their choice of birth place, whether that’s home, hospital, or birth center. All births matter, and all births benefit from professional guidance and support.

All of our Birth Doula Packages Include:

Frequent check-ins throughout pregnancy through texte-mail or phone call

24/7 on-call availability from 38 weeks (or earlier, if required)

Doula support and comfort tools (incl: personalized playlists, bluetooth speaker, yoga blocks, yoga mat, birth ball, heating pad, and more) from early or active labour until about 1 hour after delivery

1 in-home private childbirth education class (2-3 hours) incl. evidence-based methods to promote safety and reduce unnecessary interventions in birth, hands-on practice for labour, breathing and mindfulness techniques for birthing, and more

1 in-home postnatal check-in/wellness visit (1-1.5 hrs)

Investments start at $2,250 + HST

Birth doula support is available in Etobicoke, downtown Toronto, Newmarket, Aurora, the Greater Toronto Area, within two hours of Toronto (inclluding Peterborough, Collingwood, and more), and abroad (please inquire for travel doula services). We specialize in birth support at homebirths, the Toronto Birth Center, Mount Sinai Hospital, St. Michael’s Hospital, St. Joe’s Hospital in Etobicoke, Sunnybrook Hospital, Michael Garron Hospital, and Peterborough Hospital. All birth locations are accepted including freebirths/undisturbed births.
