Postpartum Overnight Doula Support
Support for parents with newborns looking for night doula services in Downtown Toronto and the GTA.
We come to you, draw you a herbal bath, and look after your baby while you rest and recover from birth!
If you’re breastfeeding, we bring baby to you for feeds and otherwise presume all infant care during the night while you rest, sleep, and pump as needed. If bottle feeding, we feed your baby formula or pumped milk during the night so you can get some sleep!

Night Doula Support
Overnight doula services are ideal for newborns and infants of all ages. We can also cater our night time care to support children of all ages and specials needs. Toronto Birth Doula specializes with newborns and twin infants
Please book your night doula services as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Night baby care is offered in downtown Toronto, the GTA, surrounding areas, and even at the cottage!
Duties include: bottle washing, breast pump washing, soother washing, sterilizing as required, preparing bottles, assisting with breastfeeding (including using hand expression, nipple shield, tube feeding, spoon feeding, etc.), diapering baby, bathing baby as required), various approaches to gentle sleep coaching/sleep training.
The doula should be provided with clean bedding, a private couch or bed either in the nursery or in a separate room with a baby monitor. The doula wil lsleep when baby sleeps aside from the various duties describes above.
Rates
$40-$50/hour - please inquire or view our packages below.
Packages:
5-4-3-2-1:Honour your postpartum period with professional overnight doula support for the first five weeks after birth. 5 nights the first week, 4 nights the second week, and so on (15 nights x 10 hours) - $5,990 + HST
Baby Moon:
An opportunity to turn inward, rest, and recover postpartum, especially after a surgical or long labour. Enjoy 3 nights (3 nights x 10 hours) of newborn support in the first week of life. You can always add more later - $1,390 + HST
Weekly Restore:
Take care of yourself with a night of uninterupted rest each week in order to recharge your batteries for the week ahead!
1 night per week for the first 12 weeks postpartum (12 nights in total) - starting at $4,990 + HST
